Ordering

If you would like to order one of the bears on our website please contact me pauline@valewood.fsnet.co.uk  to e-mail or telephone: 01274 883783 to ensure availability. For Layaway/Easy payment terms see below.

I can accept payment by PayPal www.paypal.com (worldwide).  This is an easy and secure service in which I can send you a Paypal invoice or simply use my e-mail address for payment.  If you have any queries on this please do not hesitate to contact me.  

I can also accept cheque in the UK.  Please call or email me to let me know how you'd like to pay. 

Layaway: If you would like use Layaway/Easy payment option you may split payments into 3 equal payments, the first one will secure your bear and two further payments to be paid within 2 months (I will send you Paypal invoices at intervals if you wish).  Your bear will be sent after the final payment is cleared.

If you are ordering a special commission bear I would need a deposit before starting and the balance on completion.
