Just added a show
preview of some of the bears going to the Great Yorkshire Teddy
Event on the 20th November, please have a look on my show preview
page. Also going to the fair will be a new selection of
teddy bear clothes. |

Just adding bit by
bit new clothes for bears so keep an eye on my "clothes"
page. At present I am not able to take on any "clothes
orders" due to having a lot of "bear orders" and
trying to get a selection of bears for the autumn fairs.. sorry
about this but I am still knitting when I feel I want to so new
clothes are still being created inbetween and there will be a
selection at each of the autumn fairs along side the bears. |

Great news, I was
thrilled to win 2nd prize in the British Bear Artist Awards on
Sunday at Brighton with Apple and Blossom. |

Good news for
Valewood Bears!!! I have been lucky enough to be nominated
as finalists in the British Bear Artist Awards 2010 with Apple and
Blossom, will put pictures up of them soon. The final
results will be on the 12th December at the British Bear Fair in
Brighton |

The next fair I will
be attending is the Stratford Teddy
Bear Artist Event on the 6th June. I have some lovely new
bears planned for this event and hope to see some of you there. |

Good News at the
British Bear Artist Awards 2009 yesterday!!! I was honoured
to be awarded 2nd prize in the dressed bear section for
Summer. Candy was a finalist in the miniature section and
Daisy Days a finalist in miniature group section. |

Good News for
Valewood Bears!!! Three of my bears have been nominated as
finalists in the British Bear Artist Awards 2009. The final
results are on the 13th December at Hove Town Hall. There
are pictures of all 3 on my home page. |

arriving soon in time for the Leeds Bear Fair on 10th October. |

More good news for
Valewood Bears!!! I am delighted that the bears and I have a
four page article in Teddy Bear Club International this month
(February issue). Thanks to Kirste the Editor for doing such
a great job and also to the bears for posing so nicely for
pictures, they look fab. |

Good News at British
Bear Artist Awards in Hove!! I was awarded 3rd prize in the
dressed bear section for Loretta. Mungo was a finalist in
the miniature category. I am thrilled. |

Great News for
Valewood Bears!!! I just found out yesterday that I have
been short listed in 2 categories of the British Bear Artist
Awards. I am so excited and thrilled. The final results are
on the 23rd November. |

bears added today to the clothes page, a pretty new crochet
outfit, new cardigans, waistcoats and a cute new collar
design. |

I now have a show

I am now working on
some new bears for the Pudsey fair in March and hope to put up a
show preview page soon. Charlotte has gone on another
dance/singing contract so there won't be many of her miniature
bears for a while. |

with some new designs for the Sheffield fair which is on the 9th

I have just added 2 pandas to my show
preview page to day with Hei-Wa and Li-Chi. I have just had
confirmation that I will be attending the Leeds Doll and Teddy
Fair on the 31st March and this will be the day before the
Llandudno Fair which is on the 1st April. So a busy weekend,
hope to meet some of you at one of the fairs. |

today with Pierré and Raphael my two latest bears. These are some of the bears I will be taking to the
Llandudno fair on 1st April. I will be adding 2 panda bears

I have just added new bears to the
available bears page, Fudge and Chadwick (2 vintage look) Molly
and Bubble (miniatures) and Koolio a polar bear. I have
started a collection for the Llandudno Fair which is on the 1st
April and will start a preview page in a few weeks hopefully - at
the same time I am hoping to list a bear each week on Ebay too! |

Happy New Year! I will be
adding more bears this month to the available bears page.
Also charlotte is home from her Christmas tour and is on with some
new mini bears to add too. I have new fairs booked for 2007
please see the Fairs Page. I have a January Sale on Ebay at
the moment, maybe you could take a peek as there a some bargains,
needed to made way for new stock. |

We had a good day at the Derby Fair.
Yorkshire Collectables took 6 of our bears for their shop in
Skipton. Will be booking more fairs for the new year so keep an
eye on my Fairs Page. New bears will be added to the
website by the 26th November too. |

This is my first attempt to edit our
lovely new website which the very talented Andy and Barbara Cunningham
have constructed for us.
I would like to thank them both for all their help and I hope you
like the site as much as we do. We
will hopefully be able to add more bears and other items soon (but will
probably need more of Andy’s expert help).
We will add more news soon – see if this works first!!
